* "Doctor Honoris Causa" Title.
Recently the Mexican Tenor Oscar de la Torre was honored and awarded the title "Doctor Honoris Causa" by the International Conference of the University Community,  for his outstanding international career as a Tenor Soloist. Mexico City, November 2024.
* "Mexicano Distinguido 2024"  Mexican National Prize (Distinguished Mexican 2024). The Tenor Oscar de la Torre received the Mexican National Award  "Mexicano Distinguido 2024" (Distinguished Mexican 2024), in the category of Art and Music 2024. Was awarded by the SRE- Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores del Gobierno de Mexico, (Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Mexico) and the IME- Instituto de Mexicanos en el Exterior (Institute of Mexicans Abroad), through the CONSULMEX Consulate of Mexico in Frankfurt del Meno, Germany, for his outstanding professional career and for highlighting the name of Mexico by performing Carmina Burana on stages around the world. * "Galardón Revolución Mexicana 2024" (Mexican Revolution Prize 2024 ) Awarded by the International Conference of the University Community, for its social commitment, its effort and contributions in Mexico and abroad. Mexico City, November 2024.
* "Roberto Villaseñor Medal".The Mexican artist was warded by the International Conference of the University Community with the Medal of Merit for Social Justice. Mexico City, November 2024.
Another awards and Recognitions*
"Finalist & Winner of Vienna NYIOP  International Opera Auditions" The mexican Tenor Oscar de la Torre was finalist and winner of Vienna NYIOP International Opera Auditions  2010 in Vienna-Austria.  After Mr. De la Torre made his participation in the Finale of Vienna NYIOP International Opera Auditions 2010 held at Theater an der Wien, won the invitation to make his debut at the prestigious Goldener Grossersaal of the Musikverein in Vienna-Austria,  also won another invitation to make his debut at the Münchner Philharmonie  in Munich-Germany, both invitations to sing alongside Starsopran Edita Gruberova and conducted by Marco Armiliato.
* "Opera de Bellas Artes" -Prize Oscar de la Torre won the Opera de Bellas Artes award in the most important singing competition in Mexico (Carlo Morelli) held at Palacio de Bellas Artes. As part of the award, Mr De la Torre received the invitation to make his debut at Opera de Bellas Artes (National Opera of Mexico) alongside Star-Tenor Francisco Araiza.
* "Lunas del Auditorio" -Prize as The Best Classical Show 2010. Oscar de la Torre sang the  main rol for Tenor (The Swan) in Carmina Burana at Auditorio Nacional de Mexico for 10,000 viewers and with the Monumental Production won "Lunas del Auditorio 2010" Classic Award.
* "Lunas del Auditorio"- Nomination as The Best Classical Show 2016. "La Cenerentola" by G. Rossini held at Teatro del Bicentenario (Mexico) was nominated by Lunas del Auditorio Classic Awards as Best Classical Show 2016, Oscar de la Torre sang the main tenor role Principe Ramiro.
* "Líder mexicano en Alemania que inspira 2019" -Recognition. Oscar de la Torre in 2020 received recognition from the Mexican Consulate in Frankfurt del Meno, as "Mexican Leader in Germany who inspire 2019", for his celebration of his 100th. Carmina Burana as solo tenor, endorsed and accompanied by the Carl Orff Foundation, held at the Residence of the Bavarian Kings in München, Germany.
* "The Best CD of Opera in Europe September-November 2013"-Rated.In 2013 the CD recording of the opera "La Muette de Portici" by D. F. Auber with CPO Label Classic was rated as The Best CD of Opera in Europe 2013, he sings the leading role Prince Alphonse.
* "Scenic Creator with Artistic Career 2008-2011" Winner of the most prestigious cultural scholarship of Mexico. Oscar de la Torre is the winner of the most prestigious  cultural-artistic scholarship of Mexico, awarded by FONCA (FONDO NACIONAL PARA LA CULTURA Y LAS ARTES- NATIONAL FUND FOR CULTURE AND ART) "Creador Escénico con Trayectoria 2008-2011" (Scenic Creator with Artistic Career 2008-2011).
* "Children's Singing Contest of XEW Radio" 2nd Prize.
Oscar de la Torre as Boy singer won 2nd Prize in the  Children's Singing Contest of XEW Radio, in Mexico City.
